Subway: Free $2 Gift Card for CA Residents

Subway is giving out free $2 gift cards to CA residents only. Only the first 142,500 CA residents to fill out the form below will get a $2 gift card. It said to expect 10-12 weeks for delivery, but hey it’s free!

Just fill out the form with a valid CA household address.
